Menhaden Fish Oil provides a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. These long chain fatty acids have been proven to be beneficial for joint support.
MSM
MSM is a naturally occurring sulfur compound that supports collagen production. It helps strengthen tissues for flexible, comfortable joints.
