Connectin® Frequently Asked Questions
What makes Connectin® different from other glucosamine products?
Connectin® is a fast-acting, all-in-one joint supplement that has everything healthy joints need. The patented formula contains all 3 joint building blocks – glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, and hyaluronic acid – plus 9 natural herbs to further support joint health. It was designed to work quickly, without side effects, and independent veterinarians proved that it does. In double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials 89% of pets on Connectin® showed statistically significant improvement in mobility in just 15 days.* Connectin is unique because it’s a complete formula that was proven by vets to work fast without side effects.

Why are the herbs in Connectin® important?
Connectin®’s 9 natural herbs work in conjunction with the glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, and hyaluronic acid to further support health.
If my pet's food lists Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate as ingredients, do I still need to supplement with Connectin®?
You probably will. The amount of these ingredients in most pet foods falls below the levels required to support joint health. Take a look at the labels. Pet food companies normally report the amount of glucosamine and chondroitin combined, in units of ppm or parts per million. Given suggested daily feeding amounts, 400ppm of glucosamine is only 89.2 mg of glucosamine per day for a 40-60 pound dog. One Connectin® tablet for dogs contains 500 mg glucosamine, plus chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid, and 9 natural herbs. These higher levels and more complete formula were proven to work fast in clinical trials by independent veterinarians.
How long will one container of Connectin® last?

Can Connectin® be given to help maintain joint health in a pet without symptoms?
Yes, we believe that starting your non-affected pet on a maintenance level of Connectin® will help the body maintain healthy joint function as the pet ages.
This is a question we hear often. After a pet owner has seen great results when using Connectin® with their affected animal, they want to ensure they are doing all they can to help a younger pet maintain his healthy joints and vibrant life.

Yes, all of our products are made in the United States. Not all of our ingredients originate in the U.S.. In Clover uses only In Clover approved raw material suppliers. We have procedures, called Standard Operating Procedures, or SOPs, in place to ensure all of our suppliers follow the same stringent quality protocol on each ingredient before it is accepted. What’s better, the tablet or the powder form of Connectin®?
We know from conducting clinical trials on both the tablet and powder forms of Connectin that they are equally effective. Some dogs prefer the chew tabs which can be eaten like a snack or broken up and added to food. Some dogs prefer the powder added in with a meal. Choose what’s easy for you and easy for your pet.
