My pet has special health needs. Can I feed In Clover supplements?

After extensive clinical research and decades of field study, In Clover supplements have been given to hundreds of thousands of pets, all unique in their health requirements. In our 20-year history, we have never had a serious adverse event reported for any of our products, regardless of needs. This stellar track record makes us confident enough to give all In Clover supplements to our very own pets, and some of us even take the products ourselves!

If you have any concerns about using In Clover supplements, we encourage you to consult your veterinarian who fully understands your pet’s history. Most information your vet will need is available on our website, but we’re also happy to speak directly with the doctor.

What if I need to return a product?

If for any reason you’re not completely thrilled with an In Clover supplement, you may return it to the retailer you purchased it from for a complete refund.

What is the difference between OptaGest and Fresh Digest?

Fresh Digest and OptaGest are exactly the same product. The only difference is the labeling and the geographic availability. No matter if you purchase OptaGest or Fresh Digest, the ingredients and the administration the same. So, whichever version of the product you can find, grab it!

I have a small dog or cat. Can you help me determine how much OptaGest or Fresh Digest I should feed?

For animals around 10 lbs. or less, we recommend feeding ¼ tsp. of OptaGest or Fresh Digest daily, distributed among each meal. So, if you feed two meals a day, you would add 1/8 tsp. to each meal.

Yikes! My OptaGest/Fresh Digest is hard! What happened and what do I do?

While this is uncommon, occasionally OptaGest or Fresh Digest powder can solidify and become hard. This occurs when the product draws in moisture from the air and is more likely in especially humid climates. If this happens to you, please contact your retailer to exchange the product for a fresh bottle. To avoid it from happening again in the future, we recommend taking about a week’s supply of product out of the bottle and placing it into a storage container (like Tupperware). Then, tighten the lid on the bottle and keep it in the refrigerator to avoid any moisture from seeping in. Repeat this process weekly. This practice will also reduce the frequency the bottle is opened and reduce the likelihood of moisture in the air being absorbed.
